Q: What do I do if our newspaper is not delivered?
A: CLICK HERE TO EMAIL US RIGHT AWAY! Please include your name, school, school address, phone number and account number (if you know it). We will follow up with our delivery contractor on your behalf and provide an update within an hour.
Q: Can the delivery person bring our newspapers into the school?
A: Your newspaper is delivered before 7 a.m. in the morning. Unfortunately, the driver is unable to enter the school at this time. We are unable to deliver the newspaper directly to a classroom.
Q: Why do I have to order a minimum of 5 newspapers?
A: School subscriptions are delivered by a separate delivery force. We are charged a set fee whether they deliver one paper or 10. Based on this rate, deliveries under 5 copies are very cost prohibitive.
